User Acceptance Acknowledgement

When you create an account (or are asked to re-confirm after a document changes), you confirm each of the statements below. We keep a record of the version you accepted, the date and time, and keyed one-way hashes of your IP address and browser, as evidence of your informed consent.

• I am at least 18 years old and the information and documents I provide are true, accurate and my own.
• I have read and accept the Candidate Terms and Conditions of Use (version 7.0).
• I have read the Candidate Privacy Notice (version 7.0) and I consent to NAZZTEC INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY COMPANY processing my personal data for recruitment, as described in it.
• I acknowledge that my data is hosted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and that if I apply for a role with a NAZZTEC entity outside the Kingdom, the data needed for that application may be transferred to that entity in line with PDPL Article 29.
• I will not upload sensitive personal data (health, religion, ethnicity, biometrics or criminal records) unless NAZZTEC specifically and lawfully asks for it.
• I understand I can download my data, correct it, withdraw my consent or delete my account at any time from the Privacy & account page.
