Software Licence Agreement

1. Ownership

The Software, including its source code, object code, database design, user interface, documentation, graphics, logos and the NAZZTEC name, is proprietary to and remains the exclusive property of NAZZTEC PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. © 2026 NAZZTEC PRIVATE LIMITED. 2. Licence grant

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, royalty-free licence to install and operate the Software solely at careers.nazztec.com.sa for the Licensee's internal recruitment purposes, for as long as the Licensee remains a member of the NAZZTEC group.

3. Restrictions

• No copying, distribution, resale, rental, lending or making the Software available to any third party.
• No modification, translation or creation of derivative works except by personnel authorised in writing by the Licensor.
• No reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembly except to the extent mandatory law permits.
• No removal or alteration of copyright, licence, version or audit notices.
• No use of the Software to process personal data in breach of applicable data protection law or of the Licensee's privacy notices.

4. Version control and change management

Every release carries a unique semantic version (shown on /healthz and in the application footer). Changes are made only through the Licensor's controlled release process: change request, code review, automated test suite (all tests must pass), release notes, and a retained copy of each released package. Production installations must run an unmodified released package.

5. Users of the Software

Candidates, recruiters, staff and other end users are granted only the right to use the Software through its web interface, subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions.

6. Confidentiality and security

The Software's source code, configuration, secret keys and security design are confidential information of the Licensor. The Licensee shall protect them with no less than the controls required by ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and shall report any suspected compromise to the Licensor without delay.

7. Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor's aggregate liability under this licence is limited to direct losses, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Term and termination

This licence continues until terminated. It terminates automatically if the Licensee breaches it and does not cure the breach within 30 days of notice, or ceases to be a NAZZTEC group company. On termination the Licensee must stop using the Software and, subject to data protection obligations, return or securely delete personal data processed in it.

9. Governing law

This licence is governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory data protection law that applies to personal data processed in the Software.
